Step 1: Setup webhooks

Step 2: Add Your First Buyer
Go to calculator.dealdogcrm.com, enter your user code, and click the Buyer Intake tab. Fill out your buyer's buy box — location, price range, property type, and strategy — and submit. Step 3: Submit Your First Deal
Go to calculator.dealdogcrm.com, enter your user code, and paste in your property details. Select the deal type, fill in the financials, and hit submit. Step 3: Watch the Match Happen
AI underwrites the deal instantly. The matching engine scans your buyers and the entire DealDog network. You get notified with your matches.
Step 4: Send to Buyer or Request JV
In-network match? Review and approve to send the deal teaser. Cross-network match? Request a JV and work out terms with the other user.
